JingleMining accepts payments with Wire Transfer or Crypto Currency (DAI | ETH | USDC | BUSD | USDT )
All products listed on our website are priced in US Dollars.
As cryptocurrencies have a volatile price, the total amount to be paid at the checkout will reflect the current market values.
NOTE: please be aware that only ERC20 network can be accepted if you pay online with USDC to our Coinbase.
Processing and Shipping Times
Please note, we can only process the shipment of orders once the full payment has been received.
We aim to arrange shipping of all in-stock units within 2-3 working days of payment receipt (unless it is a order, in this case the shipping time will be specified on the product).
Once the order has been dispatched, as an estimate, it will take 10-12 working days to reach destination, which has an ETA of 15 working days.
Additional shipping charges apply to orders shipped to international destinations (excepts for self pickup).
Once the order has been shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number via email. To validate the tracking information, the shipping carrier required approximately one business day from the notification receipt.
Your order will be sent from either our locations in Hong Kong according to the country of destination and product availability.
Please note that the delivery dates provided are only an estimate, we will not be held responsible for any delay from the courier company or manufacturer, nor from unforeseen events (lockdown delays or any event beyond our control).
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect all packages for items such as power supplies, manuals, and cables, or any applicable accessories for the product(s) ordered. Please be sure to save the box, the outer shipping carton (when applicable) and all packing material, in the unlikely event that you’ll need it for a return shipment. Any damage during shipment must be handled by the customer with the carrier directly. Carrier may request to inspect the item upon receipt of a claim.
Taxes and Customs Duties
All International orders, sold and delivered by Jingle Mining are exclusive of Value Added Tax.
Consumer will be solely responsible for paying any outstanding taxes and duties as per your country’s law and its customs. Lack of payment will result in return of the product to the supplier.
It is the customer responsibility to know the local duties and tax laws and handle any customs issues that may arise. Jingle Mining shall not be liable for any cost of damage or expense as a result of error from calculating taxes and duties pertaining to your order.
We do not accept any refund requests in case of failure of customs clearance.
Occasionally packages are returned to us undelivered.
Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment. If you refuse delivery of the product you will be liable for the cost of resending the parcel as well as storage fees.
Refunds of orders in Transit
If your order has already been sent, please note that we won’t be able to issue a refund on parcels in transit. If your item is at customs and you wish to initiate a return/refuse the parcel, please note that you will be liable for the local custom taxes, the shipping costs, the return shipping costs and the local taxes associated. This will be detracted from your refund once it has been approved and only when the order has reached us back safely.
